Ingy Roob...and Stretchy, of course!

From Swan's Coloured Slick Fun No. 71 which was around 1947/48(?).  When I got this I was surprised as according to Denis Gifford "Full colour issues 35~67 only" and yet this issue is full colour!  John McCail art.
